Our Story

Caymus Partners was founded by two seasoned talent advisors who wanted to improve inefficiencies in hiring and recruiting. The founders of Caymus believe in strong long-standing relationships and are always looking to provide better career opportunities as well as providing clients with top-level talent.

Caymus is not the traditional cookie cutter agency, we research companies, market trends, job requirements and provide insightful advice on our findings and how to strategize.

Darci Crow | Co-Founder, Client Advisor

After graduating from Kansas State University Darci started her career in technology, she quickly pivoted into IT Recruiting and found her passion. Darci's 20+ year career in the Tech and Executive Recruiting space has presented her opportunities to work with clients across multiple industries ranging in size form Start-ups to Global organizations, both local and all over the country. Executives confide and trust her not only to help build their teams, but also their own careers. She has a natural ability of identifying the talent in every person she meets, then making it a mission, directly or indirectly, to help that person get closer to a career goal.

Erin Taft | Co-Founder, Recruiting Advisor

Like many in the recruiting industry, Erin fell into this career after college where she started as an Executive Administrator for a CEO of an agency and knew quickly she wanted to be an entrepreneur herself someday. Erin has a keen eye for finding exceptional talent. She communicates in a clear, direct manner ensuring everyone is on the same page. Erin has had the honor of placing several C-level executives throughout the country. Born and raised in Kansas City, she has an extensive network in the community.
