Contact forms: name, email address, phone number, company, role, and the content of your message, when you contact us about a search, consulting engagement, or career advising.
Newsletter signup: your email address, used solely to send the updates you requested.
Candidate information: resume, work history, and career details you choose to share with us as part of a advising or placement conversation.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) through analytics tools described in Section 4.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries and provide executive search, technology recruiting, business consulting, and career advising services.
To send newsletter updates you have requested — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To evaluate candidates for potential placement and to communicate with you about opportunities you have expressed interest in.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

A note on LinkedIn: this site links to our LinkedIn profiles, and you may reach us through LinkedIn. We do not receive, store, or process LinkedIn member data through this website, and this site is not a LinkedIn application.

Executive search depends on trust. Information shared with us about clients, candidates, and searches is treated as confidential business information, consistent with our retained-search engagement terms, in addition to the protections described in this policy.

7. Data Retention

Contact-form correspondence is kept as long as needed to serve your request and our business relationship. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings. You may request deletion at any time (Section 9).

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and access to information we store is limited to the Caymus Partners team. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
